Served Buffet Dinner:

Hors d'oeuvres (variety of 4) - 1 hr Rice pilaf or pasta salad
Euro breads Grilled veggie skewers
Baby green with house dressing Heirloom tomatoes and feta
Grilled 10 oz Sirloin Strip steak with Herb butter Condiments
Rosemary roasted baby potatoes Tea/Coffee
Crepes with Grand Marnier sauce    

Served Appetizer Evening:

We cater an entire event of hors d'eouvres for those who would like an evening wedding, but not a sit down meal.  These scrumptious morsels are served continuously for approximately 4 hours including both staff served and stations.
There is a large assortment of foods presented, hot and cold, as well as some grilled on site.

* Prices available upon request.  Prices per person does not include any rentals, however the caterer will be responsible for the arrangement, set up and breakdown of rentals. Rentals will be billed seperately to the client.

** We cannot be held responsible for sudden rise in product cost.  Any adjustments of cost will be added on at final billing.
