The quality of the meal was outstanding.  More than one month later, our guests are still talking about how wonderful the food was at our wedding.  Our guests really enjoyed the appetizers served during the cocktail hour.  There were lots of different choices and Viki ensured that they were light due to the hot weather.

Our dinner choices were steak and salmon.  The steaks were perfect, the salmon was juicy and tender and all of the sides were absolutely delicious.

We chose crepes for dessert.  They were light and sweet - the perfect compliment to a big dinner!

There was amore than enough food for all of our guests - many went up for seconds!  The food was delicious, but the best part - it was steaming hot!  Absolutely delicious!

"Helpful, enthusiastic and ready to meet and plan as soon as we were available.  This was more of a wedding planner service, not just a catering company!  It was really special to spend the time planning before the wedding in the comfort of Viki's own home.  She treated us like family.  She covered all of the bases (many we didn't even think of) and had lots of samples, photos, etc, to help us make choices with menu, decor, etc...
